Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, records management, and assisting with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee engagement and development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR-related issues.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
