Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise during transportation.
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation.
- Maintain and organize logistics records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP SCM, Oracle WMS).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
